All product names, including but not limited to VaryBooks, Malekstar NFC Business Cards, Malekstar Pro NFC Business Cards, Tapio Cards, MalekPay, and any other products, services, sub-brands, or variations thereof developed, created, or marketed by Malekstar or its affiliates, are the exclusive property of Malekstar. These names, trademarks, logos, symbols, and any combination of words or design elements associated with them are protected under international and local intellectual property laws, including but not limited to trademark, copyright, and unfair competition laws. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, sale, marketing, promotion, or display of these product names, whether in whole or in part, in any physical or digital form, is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, using the names for other products, websites, apps, social media pages, advertising campaigns, domains, e-commerce listings, or in any promotional or commercial context that may create confusion, dilute the brand, or suggest affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement by Malekstar. Malekstar reserves all rights to enforce its intellectual property claims and to seek legal remedies for infringement, including injunctive relief, monetary damages, and reimbursement of legal fees. Individuals, companies, resellers, distributors, or third parties are explicitly forbidden from using any of the aforementioned product names or similar variations, even in altered spellings, abbreviations, or translations, for any purpose without prior written permission from Malekstar.
