Malekstar Replacement Policy
At Malekstar, we are committed to delivering premium, high-quality products that meet your expectations. Every product, including the VaryBooks 11th Generation Cards and Malekstar 2026 Cards, is covered under the Malekstar Warranty Square, which includes:
2 Years Manufacturer Warranty – Covers defects caused during manufacturing or any faults arising from product failures.
2 Months Replacement Period – If a product is found to be defective or damaged during shipping, Malekstar will replace it within 2 months from the date of purchase.
Eligibility for Replacement:
The product must be accompanied by its original packaging, proof of purchase, and warranty code.
Replacement requests must be submitted within 2 months of purchase. Requests outside this window will not be accepted.
Products must not show signs of misuse, tampering, or physical damage caused by the customer.
Only one replacement is allowed per product within the 2-month period. Any repeated claims without valid justification will be denied.

Provide your warranty code, order details, and clear photos of the product issue.
Malekstar’s support team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the product.
Important Notes to Prevent Abuse:
Fraudulent claims, intentional damage, or misuse of the replacement policy will result in denial of the replacement and may lead to legal action.
The policy is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
All replacements are subject to verification and approval by Malekstar.
